1. Scope
These Terms apply to bookings, purchases, and service requests made through this site for vehicle diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, parts ordering, and related workshop services provided in Spain.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the booking or purchase features.
2. Bookings
- Bookings are subject to workshop capacity, technician availability, and parts delivery timelines.
- We may request a deposit for special-order parts, non-stock items, or high-value components.
- Appointment times are estimates. Your vehicle may require additional diagnostics before final work authorization.
- You confirm that vehicle details you provide (make, model, registration, symptoms) are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices may include labor estimates and can vary depending on vehicle condition, prior modifications, hidden damage, and manufacturer-specific requirements.
- Invoices include VAT (IVA) where required by Spanish law.
- We may provide estimates; final invoices may differ if the scope changes after diagnostics. Where feasible, we will seek approval before proceeding with additional work.
- Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or other options presented at checkout or at the workshop.

If we discover safety-critical issues during inspection, we may pause work and contact you for authorization to continue.
4. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, except where excluded by law, manufacturer conditions, or the cases below.
- Consumables (e.g., wiper blades, bulbs, fluids) may have limited warranty depending on usage and conditions.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, racing, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by third parties after our service.
- Customer-supplied parts are not covered for part defects; labor warranty may be limited if installation is requested against our recommendations.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, downtime, or alternative transport costs) to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or non-excludable statutory liability.
6. Cancellation and No-Show
- You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without fees.
- Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur costs associated with special-order parts, reserved technician time, or non-refundable supplier fees.
- If a deposit was paid, the refundable portion (if any) will depend on whether parts have already been ordered or received.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Remove valuables from the vehicle before drop-off. We are not responsible for unattended personal items left inside the vehicle.
- Provide access to wheel lock keys, service history, and required documentation where applicable.
- Inform us about known issues that may affect safety or diagnostics (battery problems, immobilizer faults, warning lights, prior collisions).
